MON – JR Photographer 13 – 17 yrs (Spring 2024)

Theme of this term: Flower Photography.

In this online photography course, participants will explore the essentials of digital photography, with a special focus on mastering techniques for capturing the beauty of flowers through minimalist and digital black and white photography. Throughout the term, students will develop crucial skills in achieving optimal exposure, capturing the intricate details of flowers in various lighting conditions, and composing visually compelling shots.

As the course progresses into the blossoming season, attention will shift towards the captivating world of Flower Photography. Participants will be encouraged to embrace the unique characteristics of flowers, diving into the art of minimalist photography to showcase the elegance and simplicity of floral subjects, creating visually enchanting narratives.

Furthermore, the course will delve into the expressive realm of Digital Black and White Photography, using this approach as a dynamic tool for conveying emotions and ideas through floral subjects.
