WED – JR Filmmaker 13 – 17 yrs (Winter 2019)
In this 9 week term students will focus on the fundamental aspects of filmmaking, including basic camera angles and script adaptation. The course will be equally divided into theory classes as well as production phrase. Students will get plenty of hands-on experience and practical film knowledge. Last but not least, students will learn how to work in a film crew.
All final productions will be uploaded to the student’s YouTube Channel as well as JR Art Lab YouTube channel.

GREEN SCREEN is in the house for some HALLOWEEN SCREAM!
You will be shooting and photobashing your family/personal portrait.
Choose one of our Saturday workshops, dress up and come to enjoy the Haunting on Kingston Road.
Workshop includes 1 hour photo shooting time and 1 hour for photo compositing.
No equipment required.
Costuming and personalized props are encouraged.

THU – 18+ Beginners Photography Class
Our beginner digital photography course is designed to help you make full use of your digital cameras. You will learn camera settings, shutter speeds, apertures, lighting and composition. Photography tricks and basic photo retouch skills will also be covered in this course in order to let you shine on social media. During the course, you’ll complete a series of photo projects that let you utilize your newly developed skills and knowledge.
Your instructor will guide you in this 8 week course, reviewing your photos and helping you improve. One thing for sure, this course will change the way you see the world.
TUE – 18+ Video for Business
Everything costs when running your own business, so why pay others to make your promotional video when you can do it yourself? Join us and learn to write your business story, then turn it into a unique video. Did I mention that you can even shoot and edit the video on your phone?
Our class will run for 8 weeks and cover a variety of video styles.

Students will be encouraged to have their own creative input so that the final productions carry their own personal message to the world. The course will be equally divided into theory classes as well as production phrase. Students will get plenty of hands-on experience and practical film knowledge.
